KEDIDI KAKATUA VILLAS Description
Villas Kedidi & Kakatua are located in Canggu, a 30 minutes driving from the airport and just 15 minutes away from Seminyak and Legian, where the best restaurants & shopping are. The villas are approximately 100 meters from Sunset beach, a lazy 2 minute walk with surrounding rice fields & temples. Next door is a 22 room boutique hotel which provides guests access to a business center with high speed internet, food & drinks room service menus, gym and spa treatments. The Greg Norman designed Bali Nirvana Golf Course at Tanah Lot is also a 15 minute drive towards the North.Villa Kedidi & Villa Kakatua are 2 new villas situated side by side in a private walled compound amidst tropical landscaped gardens. On the east side the villas are surrounded by rice fields and distant volcano vistas, bordered on the south side by a quiet dead-end paved road just 100 meters away from Canggu Beach.
Villa Kedidi and Villa Kakatua are ideal for friends or extended families on holiday. For guests with young children, the villas and staff are child-friendly with many baby equipment provided for like cots, high-chairs, baby monitors, toys, etc plus a children menu. In addition, there are no steep drops where toddlers can fall from and the pool is within view from the living, dining and bedrooms. The villas offer both families & groups of friends a relaxing holiday.
Both villas are fully backed-up by a generator in the event of a power failure.
Villa Kedidi
Villa Kedidi has three bedrooms in total, 2 double bedrooms & one with two single beds, with split air- conditioning & overhead fans. A safe box is available to store passports and other valuables. There are three semi-outdoor garden bathrooms, two with showers & one with shower & Terrazzo stone bath tub. There is a small study which opens to the living room area.Take a dip in your own private swimming pool (4.5 m x 10 m) or enjoy the facilities in the villa which include; Satellite TV, VCD/DVD players and Stereo CD & Cassette Player. A selection of books in English, CD Cassettes, VCD, DVD and games are available.
Villa Kedidi is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained and experienced staff members who will ensure that its guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team includes an in-house chef housekeeper, a gardener & pool maintenance and four security guards. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for the market shopping.
Villa Kakatua
Villa Kakatua is located adjacent to Villa Kedidi. It comprises four air-conditioned bedrooms; the master bedroom has a large Javanese antique bed, en-suite bathroom with semi outdoor garden bathrooms. The other 3 bedrooms have showers and 1 with shower and terrazzo stone bath tub. The villa also has its private large free-form swimming pool (12 x 5m) with a private bale bengong.There is a separate casual dining pavilion and open air living area with ceiling fans. The villa is fully equipped with satellite TV, VCD, DVD, Stereo CD system, a range of English books and board games. Asian antiques are featured throughout the villa with all the modern amenities.
For families the villa has its own baby bath, high chair, changing mats, infant play-mat, baby cot with mosquito net, cot linen, plus a selection of toys and Childen VCD and DVD.
Villa Kakatua is served by nine staff in total: 1 cook, 1 housekeeper, 4 security and 2 gardeners.
