Villa Kylie Description
Villa Kylie is an exclusive private villa with four bedrooms set in a manicured tropical garden facing the swimming pool and over looking the rice fields terraces. The villa is situated in Banjar Pipitan, quiet part of Canggu village,nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas of south Bali.Villa Kylie offers a unique chance to experience the magical island of Bali in a relaxed sitting. It is located thirty minutes away from the airport, twenty minutes to the busy street of Seminyak and Oberoi the famous shopping and entertaining area and fifteen minutes to Nirwana one of the best Asia's Golf Course.
Villa Kylie Accommodation
The L-shaped structure contains 4 bedrooms, an open style living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunset lounge and private swimming pool on garden.Upon arrival at this villa, you will be guided into its living area which opens to the ground and the rice field terraces. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen and sunset lounge upstairs. To the left are all the four bedrooms.
The Bedroom One is a twin bedroom features a four foster bed with mosquito net. This bedrooms is actually for kids; therefore it is connected with the second bedroom through its en-suite. The Bedroom Two itself is a king sized bed with mosquito net. Its ensuite has round terrazzo bathtub, and rain shower.
The Bedroom Three and Four are located at another self standing structure, but connected with a wooden pergola. Bedroom Three features a twin bedroom with shower at its en-suite. It is similar with the Bedroom One. The Bedroom Four is the master which is located at the far end of the compound. It is equipped with a four foster bed with mosquito net and a large bathroom with self standing round terrazzo bathtub and rain shower.
All rooms has a balcony and are luxuriously appointed overlooking pool area with air conditioning, DVD, fridges, and in room safety box.
Villa Kylie Living & Dining
The dining area is set next to the living area. Its table is comfortable for 8 persons. This is a good place for dining while enjoying great view to the rice field terraces. The dining area is served by a fully equipped kitchen and is operated by a good cook with long experience on this field. Above the kitchen is a lounge area equipped with sets of sofa.Villa Kylie Ground
The ground of the villa is the lowest level of the property. It boasts its oval swimming pool is surrounded by creamy palimanan stone. The pool is divided into two part: part for children and for adults. The strong accent of the palimanan stone is softened by green frangipani trees around the ground.
