Villa Noa Description
The stylish villa Noa is strategically located in Laksmana road, a safe upmarket area on Bali's south-western coast, which is home to some of the classiest properties on the island. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, yet walking distance to recommended restaurants and the beach. This region is the most visited part of the island for both tourism and business purposes. Furthermore, the villa is only 25 minutes drive from the international airport.Although it is located at this area, the villa itself is hidden on a quiet and peaceful area. Its position makes it safe from the noisy Laksmana traffic.
Villa Noa Accommodation The 1,000m2 property consists three separate self-standing structures: living & dining area, master bedroom and guest house at the far end. This three bedrooms villa may be the only villa which still has large lawn and parking area in the area.
The first structure to the left as on enters the lush landscaped garden from the parking area, harbors an open style living area with a comfortable sitting area. It features kind of wooden sofa with numbers of pillows and a TV hung on a column. Directly behind is a dining area with seating for 8 people and directly behind a wall partition is situated the fully equipped kitchen and staff living area, flanked to the right.
The next structure is located in the middle of the property, facing the swimming pool and pool lounge area. This structure is the large master bedroom pavilion which features a four foster bed with mosquito net, large TV, DVD, mini bar, a safety deposit box, and attractive and large indoor/outdoor bathroom.
The last structure is the guest house pavilion located at the far end of the property facing the long view of the swimming pool and garden. In the guest pavilion there are two large identical bedrooms each features a four foster bed with mosquito net, a wardrobe, a safety deposit box, a minibar, TV and en-suite separate bathrooms which are al fresco.
Villa Noa Ground
The garden is dominated by green lawn, around the pool and also at the parking area. It is a nice and safe place for kids to play ground.
